Vueling does, also Air France, Singapore Airlines and British Airways too. Air Europa has signed up for the fashion of charge more money to all those who want to reserve emergency seats.

Air Europa will start charging an extra 10 euros for those who wish to reserve an emergency seat on domestic flights and up to 50 euros for international flights.
