There are boat tours that bring you closer to the Ballestas Islands and for about 30 soles they give you a walk around the place to see the animals. If you are in the area, you can not miss it as it will be a way to see small Galapagos economically.
There is also another tour that takes the tour of the same peninsula. On that occasion I missed the tour and went to a place that offered me the same for less money.
The most characteristic image of the Paracas peninsula is, without a doubt, the candelabrum. This enigmatic figure carved into the sand solidified by sea salt can easily be seen from the sea from a considerable distance. His image has unleashed legends about the meaning of its existence. Above it are stories of aliens, pirates and freemasons. There are legends for all tastes and that gives even more beauty to the place and its existence.
